Courtney’s well-organized lesson plans are comprehensive and thorough. The standards are included
with multiple ways to assess the outcomes.

NOTES

Courtney has good rapport with the students. She is continuing to work on addressing the individual
and group behavioral issues. Courtney does a nice job with planning cooperative learning stations.
This is something the students really enjoy.

NOTES

Courtney started the lesson with a fun video. This was a great segway into her lesson. The students
were engaged but they did need to be reminded many times about appropriate behavior.
Courtney circulated throughout the classroom during the lesson checking on each group and
providing assistance as needed.

NOTES
Courtney continues to do an excellent job with her honest reflections on her areas of strength and the
areas of concern. Courtney participates in the department meetings that are available to her.
Courtney, her supervisor, and mentor teacher all agreed that Courtney has shown growth in the areas
of behavior management and overall confidence in her teaching skills.
