WORK HISTORY
 working with Kalinga Commercial Corporation Limited from june 19 2017 .
 working as a shift incharge .
 co-ordinating for repairing and replacement of damaged parts of machines
 looking after the periodic and annual maintainence of HEMM which includes Volvo
excavator(700, 480) , Volvo loader(L-220,l-120), Volvo dumpers (FM-400), Atlas copco
drilling machine(D 65 L8).
 Co-ordinating and controlling 20 workers .
 Looking after the installation of safety devices in all machines as per the statute.
 Part of the material procurement team and having a good hand over the vendors providing
materials for different HEMM equipments like volvo,atlas copco, NKB ENGINEERING,
BHARATBENZ and CRUSHER parts like sandvik asia,puzzolona,kleeman etc
 Looking after the material procurement of around 200 machines.
  Implemented some new innovations for the company such as maintaining a periodic
schedule of HEMM maintainence , installed a new device called as JUMP STARTER for
battery start up for HEMM which in turn reduced the breakdown time of the machines and
thereby increasing the production.

TRAINING AND PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

 Successfully completed a Diploma in Business Management (DBM) from the Symbiosis

Institute of Business Management, Pune. Subjects like Operation Management, Marketing
Management ,Economics and Key Ideas of Management. Formed the foundation of this
course and helped me understand fundamental business principles.

 Undertook internship at the Boiler Division of Forbes Marshal Pvt. Ltd., Pune from 14 th
January 2015 to 3rd July 2015 Completed two study projects on boiler manufacturing
processes and industrial welding techniques. Submitted a report on “5-S and Lean
manufacturing implementation”, working primarily on the fire tube and Water tube boiler of
capacities ranging from 0.75 TPH to 16 TPH boiler production and assembly.

 Worked on ‘Electronically Adaptive Damper Systems’ as part of final year capstone project.
Experimentally testing and analyzing behavior of Ferro-fluids under varying magnetic fields
and their application in damper systems.

 Designed the complete assembly of a Knuckle Joint on AutoCAD using fundamental

machine design principles as part of a group project.
