Under the subject cited above, we are submitting the compliance on IE’s comment on Minor
Bridge at KM: 396+757. The compliance for IE’s letter no. 1 is enclosed as Annexure- I and for IE’s
letter no. 2 enclosed as Annexure- II.

AND VERTICALLY SHALL BE PROVIDED IN STAGGERED MANNER ABOVE GROUND LEVEL.
10. IF BC/CLAYED SOIL ENCOUNTERED AS FOUNDING SOIL, THEN 900mm DEPTH OF SOIL BE;OW
FOUNDING LEVEL TO BE REMOVED AND FILLED BY METAL/BOULDER WITH SAND AS PER
AS PER SP-13:2004.
11. THE 200mm GAP BETWEEN MEDIAN WALL AND CAST IN SITU BOX TO BE FILLED WITH
COMPRESSIBLE FILLER BOARD AND POLYSULPHIDE/ BITUMINOUS SEALANT.
12. FLEXIBLE APRON SHALL BE PROVIDED BASE ON SIDE CONDITION AND SHALL BE DECIDED
SECTION AT C-C BY ENGINEER IN-CHARGE. WHEREVER ROCK IS AVAILABLE AT TOP LEVEL FLEXIBLE APRON
SHALL BE DISPENSED.
13. THE PROPOSED VENT HEIGHT SHOULD NOT BE LOWER THAN THE EXISTING VENT HEIGHT.
IMPORTANT NOTE: HENCE EXISTING VENT HEIGHT SHOULD BE VERIFIED JOINTLY WITH I.E REPRESENTATIVE
