    As a part of Guest speaker session today we invited Mr. Syed Haseeb Shah from Reader Group
    of Colleges to deliver a lecture on the topic of Implications of Organizational Behavior in
    practical life to B.Com 7th Regular and Self Support classes. The speaker emphasized on the
    below three outcomes.

    1. Generation of negative perception is a systematic process which is the main cause of


    lower production and high job switching in our industry.
    2. Moral and emotional training of the employees is the key to success in today’s market.
    3. Organizational Behavior and Leadership concepts are still in process, generating new
    hypotheses, theories and implications for managers day by day.
