    Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, were assigned to inquire about the prebidding and
    bidding requirements for any Infrastructure project. This is a requirement for our CE54: Civil
    Engineering Laws. We were tasked to report the process and usual problems encountered all
    throughout the prebidding and bidding process.
