DESCRPTION:
Machine : Pelletising Disc

Part : Mixer Plough Arm (Dia = 40 mm, Length = 700 mm)

Primary Problem :

 Mixer Plough Arms of Pelletising Disc rotates & digs the raw
material comprising of iron ore fines, bentonite & lime & helps in
formation of balls. In the process it is subjected to severe wear due
to abrasion & over a period of time it gets worn out fast & needs
replacement.

EXCELLENT FEATURES OF 7888T for such application

1) Ultra Hard Tungsten carbide brazing wire with nickel core wire
having ultra hardness of 2700 Hv of carbides & nickel
chromium matrix of hardness 400 Hv gives maximum wear
resistance properties to abrasion, erosion, corrosion at
temperature upto 750 C
2) Sharp Angular profile of finely crystallized carbides resists
dislocation from the matrix
3) Deposited by brazing process, hence no melting of base metal,
no heat affected zone, no dilution of carbides, thereby giving
maximum safety margin & life prolonging factor.
4) Can be easily & rapidly deposited resulting in higher
productivity
5) Since base metal is not melted, there is no slag or stub losses,
enhance deposition effieciency is more than 95% with very
negligible losses.
