of various machine components & liners applications.
Contrary to the present practice of importing liners with the involvement of a lot of
investment, Castadur Diamond Plates can be used to achieve the best mechanical
and metallurgical properties.

A ready to use wear plate fabricated from structural quality carbon steel Base plate
with single layer fusion welded coating.
Technology:

A modern facility for manufacturing wear plates includes state-of-the art welding
Robots. Computerized production equipment ensures high quality coating. CAD /
CNC – driven underwater plasma cutting results in high precision and quality cutting.

It is well known fact that the liners for HEMM equipment, engaged in handling
particularly abrasive particles are most critical application as under go severest
conditions and extremely prone to wear due to high abrasion, erosion, impact &
other wear factors.
The most important is that the hardness of the plate is to be retained even after
prolonged use in continuous operation. The experience shows that any compromise
in arresting in these wear factor will lead to premature failure of the part thereby
reduced life.

Our R&D is substantially developed to meet the international standard and offer the
required quality products to our valued customers like you to meet your exact
requirement as per the local conditions. Our R&D are one of the few most advanced
and latest not only in the country but also in whole of Asia.

Castodur Diamond Plate has a hard Castodur coating with special complex carbides
of Chromium, Tungsten, Borides, etc. The welding deposit belongs to Hyper eutectic
Group. The behavior against wear is obtained from precipitation phases during
solidification of the deposit. The precipitation of primary carbides of Chromium -
Complex carbides yield very high micro hardness. The varied sizes of carbides and
borides help in reducing mean free path between these particles and give uniform
hardness.

Castodur Diamond Plates (CDP) are ready to use wear plates consisting of
Support/Base materials of Carbon steel and High quality Castadur Coating of special
carbides.

• Castodur coating consist of complex carbides of Chromium, Tungsten & complex

carbides which are all embedded in an austenitic matrix.
• Hardfacing of Castodur Diamond Plates is done by a CNC Tri-axial Linear Robot
with the base plate properly secured by Jigs and Fixtures over a water bed to
eliminate distortion of the plate and provide a specific perpendicular orientation to
carbides.
• Castadur Diamond Plate is cut under water by plasma cutting process. Bending of
CDP is done by 4 roll hydraulic Bending machine.
• CSK Holes are being made by plasma cutting as per the drawing given by
customer.

1. Excise Duty & cess: Inclusive, however we shall provide DTC to avail CENVAT.
2. VAT: Extra as applicable.
3. Payment: 20% in advance & 80% within 7 days from the date of supply.
4. Validity: 30 days from the date of quotation.
5. Delivery: 8-10 weeks at your stores after receiving order & approved drawing.

Force Majure:
For the purpose of delivery clause, force majeure condition shall mean and include any
circumstances and occurrences beyond the reasonable control of the company and/or its
sub-suppliers which hinder the execution of its duties, as for e.g. mobilization, war and war-
like conditions (irrespective of whether war has been declared or not), revolts, rebellions,
sabotage, strike (declared or undeclared), lockouts, other labour disputes, natural disasters,
fire, flood or unforeseeable circumstances, or epidemics, hindrances and delay in
transportation, all acts of God, State (Central or Provincials, breakdown of essential
machinery and equipment, delay in availability of essential raw materials, non-availability of
wagon/shipping specs. etc. Hence we shall not be responsible for the any delay in job due
to reasons above stated, which are beyond our control.
