Annexure to Incentive Policy M&R – FY 2014-15

1. Any person spends 4 months and above are only eligible for incentive schemes
proportionate to the scheme launched during the financial year.

2. The moment APS finishes the basic training and given the posting at a particular
place an incentive letter has to be issued from the month of passing out of EWAC
Institute. The incentive amount will be proportionate to the number of months that he
will be serving during the financial year.

Zonal Managers to request Division for incentive letter as soon as the APS joins
the territory after training.

3. After a SFE is confirmed to APS, the procedure in point No. 1 has to be followed.

4. If an APS gets transferred from one territory to another territory during the financial
year, along with transfer proposal request, ZM to send request for incentive letter for
the new territory

In the above event, the APS will be paid incentives proportionate to the period spent
in both the territories. In this case, he should have done minimum 100% of the
targets separately.

5. Any APS should be on the rolls of the Company when the incentive is “claimed and
disbursed”.

6. If an APS gets promoted to the next functional cadre (TSE, ECB, ERB) and he
spends 9 months and above in that position, he will be paid incentive for the position
of TSE, ECB, ERB for the full year subject to achievement of full year’s targets and
he will not be paid incentive for the period of APSship.

7. If a person spends less than 9 months as a TSE, ECB or ERB, he will be paid
incentives proportionately for the time spent in that position during that financial year
for the tenure he was APS also.
ZMs to initiate the request for new incentive letters in the event of a change as
cited above.

8. If any person moves from E cadre to M cadre during that financial year, he will be
paid incentive as per the M cadres only for the full financial year.

ZMs to ensure that the incentive change request letters are sent and received from

Division when the promotions are effected.

9. Incentive Scheme TSE-M and ERB-M is applicable only for persons in M1A , M1B
and M1C cadre.
