Dear Friends,

I hope you are all well,

I would like to take the opportunity to invite you to officiate as WT International Referee at Sofia Open 2019
(WT G1) which will be held in the Sofia, capital of Bulgaria on 20th and 21st April 2019 in sports hall “Asics
Arena”. The Organizing Committee will cover full board accommodation during your stay for the period of
check-in 19.04 and check-out 22.04, If you stay longer, all expenses has to be paid by yourself. The OC will
provide per diem of 75 euro for competition day (150 euro in total).

During your stay, you will share a twin room with one of your International referee colleague. The Organizing
Committee will provide transportation from and to the airport in Sofia (Terminal 1 and Terminal 2) and the
official referee hotel. For those of you who are arriving by bus or train the OC will provide transportation form
the International bus station and/or Train station in Sofia to the official referee hotel.

As attached file I am sending you the referee application form, please return it as soon as possible before
02.03.2019.
