I'm an International development & Public Policy Specialist on a mission to empower

people. I help organizations drive the development narrative through multi-sectoral

partnerships, policy discourse and thought leadership.

Noted amongst '100 Most Impactful CSR Leaders Globally' by World CSR Congress;
'Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen List of Honour' by CSRWorks International;
‘Young CSR Leader’ by India CSR and also conferred with the “Sustainability
Leadership Award” by World Sustainability Forum. I'm also a Global Shaper of the
World Economic Forum.

I currently head CSR and Sustainability for Sterlite Technologies and have worked
with UNICEF and other large MNCs in the past. My role with the corporates is to
advise Boards/ Leadership on Responsible Business, Sustainability & CSR along with
developing organisational capabilities and engagements for growth. I have
successfully led several impactful initiatives on SDGs in various geographies of Asia.
I have also worked extensively on the social security system of marginalized and
displaced communities.

Carrying multifaceted experience, I have been developing organisational approaches

to establish strategic partnerships for conducting the business responsibly, ranging
across public, private, NGOs and civil societies, leveraging the policy context
governing the contribution of the private sector to development through CSR, Social
Entrepreneurship, Impact Investing & Strategic Philanthropy.

After completing my Master’s in Business Administration, I have done my

specialization in CSR from Harvard Business School. Recognized as a “Peace
Ambassador” of an international organization- Postcards for Peace, I write for Forbes,
Times of India, ET, Dawn (Pakistan), Huffington Post and others. I am also “Global
Climate Force Ambassador” and was chosen to represent India on an “International
Expedition on Climate Change at Antarctica” in 2017.
