JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF TWO
DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ALFREDO ROYOPA CLAVERIA AND EDWIN ROYOPA DEL ROSARIO, both
of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with postal addresses at Barangay District 5, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija,
after having been duly sworn to according to law hereby depose and state:

1. That we personally know MILAGROS ARENAS PARANAS, who was born on

September 26, 1966 in Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, daughter of the late Spouses Alfredo
Cruz Arenas and Julita Saplan De Vera;

2. That MILAGROS ARENAS PARANAS got married to the late REYNALDO

PARANAS on June 26, 1994 at the House of the Contracting Parties, District V,
Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, solemnized by Bishop Hermogenes B. Cappal, Minister of
Believers in Christ Mission International, Inc.;

3. That in her Certificate of Marriage, issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA),
her birth date, particularly the year was erroneously entered as SEPTEMBER 26, 1968,
as it should be SEPTEMBER 26, 1966, as appearing in her PSA Certificate of Live
Birth, Baptismal Certificate and Police Clearance;

4. That the error as regards to her birth date in her Certificate of Marriage was due to
inadvertence in filling up the wrong entry, without any malicious intent or purpose and
was not done in bad faith;

5. That the names MILAGROS PARANAS, with birth date on SEPTEMBER 26, 1968, as
per Certificate of Marriage, MILAGROS ARENAS PARANAS, with birth date on
SEPTEMBER 26, 1968 and MILAGROS DE VERA ARENAS, with birth date on
SEPTEMBER 26, 1966, as per PSA Certificate of Live Birth and Baptismal Certificate,
refers to one and the same person;

6. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the foregoing
circumstances, and for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.
