EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
About Us
Walk By Faith Mission became the cover ministry name for Andrew J. Ford when he started
working with ministries in the country of Honduras. Now its time for Walk By Faith Mission to
step up and be provide forever homes for some special needs young men. In December of
2014, 11 boys were abandoned by their government as property of the state that was no
longer wanted. Personally knocking on children’s homes doors throughout the country of
Honduras, Senderos de Amor opened their doors. Knowing the home was severely short on
funds other organizations and the government said they would help with expenses. The
government money never came, and shortly after the other organizations cut their funding. The
boys health has suffered greatly but the best is being done that can be done. It is our hopes to
create a home environment for five of the young men over the age of eighteen, so they can
have every chance to thrive just like each of us do. Just because they were born a little
different than us does not mean they deserve to be forgotten.

Vision
The vision of Walk By Faith Mission is: “to create a home atmosphere for special needs young
adults. Through providing nutrition, education, therapy and personal care to improve quality of
living. Accomplishing these goals by bringing local awareness and well as international
awareness to a forgotten population of Honduras.”

The mission of Walk By Faith Mission is: “is to serve children and youth of Honduras through a
caring, accepting and safe community, where hurts are healed; hope is nurtured; and faith in
God, self, and others is developed.
WALK BY FAITH MISSIONS

Project Outline
We will accomplish our goals with outside educational resources, a internal educational
department, private medical care, internal physical therapy staff, nutritionist consultant and
qualified caregiving staff. To start the project we will be accepting 5 young men that are over
the age of 18.

• Outside Educational Resources~ Instituto SamPedrano de Educacion Especial, ISEE. ISEE,

will provide consultations and provide external education for at least three of the boys.
• Internal Educational Program- With help from ISEE, we will construct an educational
department to work on a structured schedule with residents.
• Private Medical Care~ Medical care will be more structured than in the past by having a
auxiliary nurse on staff, to administer medications properly and to continually evaluate the
boys. The auxiliary nurse will also be in charge of exploring opportunities of arranging the
boys with private healthcare when needed.
• Physical Therapy~ By having a physical therapy department it will allow for scheduled
physical therapy for the boys.
• Nutritionist Consultant~By having consultations with a nutritionist on a scheduled basis we
will be able to keep the boys healthy with a well rounded diet.
• Qualified Caregiving~ It will be our uttermost goal to provide the boys with loving and caring
caregivers. These caregivers will be the right and left hands for the boys.

Funding for the project will be funneled through, World Outreach Ministries, WOM. They are a
missionary clearing house that charge 10% of incoming donations. They process donations,
send tax receipts and in the end are a umbrella organization for Walk By Faith Missions. This
will save us thousands of dollars a year in CPA charges and eliminates having to have USA
based office. Walk By Faith Missions will be governed by a 5 member board of directors.
Andrew J. Ford, founder, will serve as President, then 4 other advisor members will be selected
to serve along with me in the weekly operations of the ministry.
