HOW TO GENERATE TSR LOG FROM LIFECYCLE CONTROLLER

(FOR LIFECYCLE CONTROLLER 2.10 AND HIGHER, 12/13th GEN POWEREDGE SERVERS)

1. Plug in USB Pen drive to any available ports on the server, preferably the front USB

2. Gracefully reboot the server from the OS

3. During the Dell logo, press F10 key for several time

4. The system will go to LifeCycle controller

5. Go to Hardware Diagnostics
6. Select on Export Tech Support Report

7. Please tick on the T&A, and click Next

8. Make sure tick on the Hardware and RAID Controller Logs, then Next

9. Select USB drive, and from the drop-down menu please select which port that you plugged in USB
Pen drive earlier
10. After TSR finish, then reboot the server and then you can safely remove the USB Pendrive

11. Please check the content of the USB Pendrive, the TSR should be in a ZIP format, and the file
format example is TSRXXXXXXXXXXX_<SERVICETAG>.zip.

12. Forward us the TSR zip file so that we can analyze the hardware health status.
