RE : REQUEST FOR FIRE & EARTHQUAKE DRILL

Hi Sir,

Good Day!

As part of our company's annual safety program and for the effectiveness in our
organization’s emergency preparedness and response in case of fire.

We want to raise the awareness of fire hazards in our workplace and how to act safely in
the event of an emergency fire situation, including selecting and using a fire
extinguisher to train all our employees in your fire safety procedures.

We would like to request in your good office to conduct a fire safety seminar as well as
an actual fire and earthquake drill in our premises with 30 participants for the seminar
and 300 participants for the actual fire drill this coming April 15, 2020. This will be held
at UNIVERSAL ROBINA CORPORATION located at P. Suico Street, Tabok, Mandaue
City, Cebu, Philippines, 6014.
