Herbalife Harnesses Power of Fast-paced Growth with Chequed Solution Headquartered in

nutrition, weight management, energy fitness and personal care products to members in more
than 90 countries. And, with nearly 8,000 employees, worldwide, keeping up with recruiting and

Talent Acquisition, started with Herbalife in January 2014 and was hired to help lead talent
initiatives to meet double digit growth over the next five years. He saw the company add nearly
1,000 employees to 8,000 within a short period of time. Nearly all HR and talent processes had
been being done manually with a very lean workforce. It was clear that something needed to be
done differently. “We had to start streamlining the process,” Moreno said. “The entire recruiting
process was evaluated and we looked at the fastest and most effective resources that would help
improve efficiency and talent quality while meeting the growing demands of our clients. We
needed to change the perception of the talent team and quickly demonstrate massive value.”
Selling the concept Moreno explains that once he reported that they needed to swiftly change
