INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this work is to find a solution to the problems that companies in
Colombia have with respect to the topic of Digital Transformation, we will review
whether they are prepared to adopt the changes that are necessary to be able to
transform digitally, offering new efficient channels that optimize operation and be
more accessible to your customers. In this way, highlight what the knowledge,
capabilities and resources must be acquired to achieve this process.

that this issue is really extremely important since its
impact will translate into benefits such as market
expansion, which will generate an increase in the
number of clients and sales; the optimization of
processes and resources that facilitate the efficient
management of company assets; access to information
on new customer habits, essential to identify their
needs and establish strategies to satisfy them;
improvement in decision making; and fostering
innovation by constantly promoting an attitude and
culture of change.

constantly changing as technology evolves. To that
end, digital transformation is necessary for any
company, organization that seeks to survive in the
future.

Global justification
The Global justification for solving this Digital Transformation problem implies
making large investments in research and development, to optimize
processes, allow machines to operate more efficiently and safely, and offer
completely new products, services and business models. The innovations
and technologies of tomorrow require not only large investments, but also an
