SCOPE OF WORK SITE ENGINEERING DESIGN

1. SCOPE OF WORK

1.1. Topographical survey


1.1.1. The scope of work includes the following.
1.1.2. Carrying out topographical survey and preparation of plans (maps) and report of the entire
fuel station area, including existing building, facilities, road, etc.
1.1.3. Providing survey instruments, construction equipment, tools & plants, materials, labours,
qualified surveyors, clearance of area, cutting of bushes, transport, coordination with
community, testing of materials, full insurance and all other.
1.1.4. Establishing and constructing bench mark, grid and reference pillars in the field.
1.1.5. Spot level survey of the entire area at specified intervals and development of contours.
1.1.6. Carrying out cross-section by taking spot levels at 5m interval or more depending upon the
site conditions for the purpose of cut and fill and retaining wall if necessary.
1.1.7. Furnishing all field data and drawings on CD apart from hard copies.
1.1.8. Furnishing survey report as described in detail in the succeeding paragraphs is also
included in the scope of work

1.2. Soil Investigation


1.2.1. The scope of work includes the following.
1.2.2. Providing survey instruments, equipment, tools & plants, materials, labours, qualified
surveyors, transport, coordination with community, testing of materials, full insurance and
all other.
1.2.3. Carrying out soil investigation survey and preparation initial report and final report of the
entire fuel station area.
1.2.4. Performing laboratory test for soil properties including but not limited to Index Properties
and Engineering Properties. Example of properties are: volume weight, Atterberg limits,
hydrometer analysis, triaxial (UU test), consolidation test.
1.2.5. Furnishing all field data and drawings on CD apart from hard copies.
1.2.6. Furnishing survey report as described in detail in the succeeding paragraphs is also
included in the scope of work

1.3. Site Layout Development & Permitting documents


1.3.1. The scope of work includes the following.
1.3.2. Providing site layout and vehicle movement tracking as per engineer direction and APR
standard. Number of maximum revisions on the layout is 5 (five) times.
1.3.3. Providing documents required for permitting process, including but not limited to:
1.3.3.1. Drawing in A3: site layout, elevations, cross section, structural drawing,
drainage, waste water.
1.3.3.2. Structural calculation.

1.4. Civil and Structural Engineering Design


1.4.1. All design should comply with rules and regulation apply in Indonesia.
1.4.2. The civil and structural design shall consider:
1.4.2.1. Geotechnical assessment results;
1.4.2.2. Existing services as shown on any site survey drawings;
1.4.2.3. Underground fuel services;
1.4.2.4. Traffic risk assessments and management plans;
1.4.2.5. Traffic and roadway requirements from the authority;
1.4.2.6. Site specific details including: weather criteria, constraints and envelopes,
and seismic conditions;
1.4.2.7. Existing stormwater infrastructure; and
1.4.2.8. Easements.
1.4.3. All structural designs shall be completed and certified by a Certified Structural Engineer.
1.4.4. MID structural footing designs shall be completed in consultation with the sign supplier.
1.4.5. Light pole footings shall be designed in consultation with the light pole supplier.
1.4.6. Steel beams shall be used for structural elements in the building and canopy.

1.5. Electrical Engineering Design


1.5.1. All design should comply with rules and regulation apply in Indonesia.
1.5.2. The Third Party shall design all electrical, instrumentation and control systems as required,
these include but are not limited to:
1.5.2.1. All building electrical design;
1.5.2.2. All switchboards and control panels;
1.5.2.3. Earthing and bonding;
1.5.2.4. Interior & External lighting and control;
1.5.2.5. Exterior lighting and features;
1.5.2.6. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems;
1.5.2.7. Oil water separator;
1.5.2.8. HVAC (including all air conditioning units and fan systems);
1.5.2.9. Individual electrical metering for each tenant (if applicable);
1.5.2.10. Individual water metering for each tenant (if applicable).

1.6. Detail Engineering Drawing


1.6.1. Designer should provide detail engineering drawing for purpose of tendering and
construction, includes the following:
1.6.2. General Information Drawing:
1.6.3. Infrastructure Drawing:

1.6.4. Forecourt Drawing.


1.6.5. Building Drawing.

1.6.6. Electrical Drawing.

1.6.7. Furnishing all drawings on CD apart from hard copies, each 2 sets.

1.7. Bill of Quantity


1.7.1. Designer should provide Detail bill of quantities mentioning item and quantities as a
reflection from detail engineering design according to template and guidance from APR
Engineer.

2. TIME LINE
2.1. Topographical survey: field work: 1 day; submit CAD layout drawing: 2 days after field
work; submit report: 1 week after field work.
2.2. Soil Investigation: field work: 2 days; initial report: 2 weeks after field work; final
report: 4 weeks after field work.
2.3. Site Layout Development & Permitting documents: 1 week after topographical survey
report finish.
2.4. Civil and Structural Engineering Design: 2 weeks after site layout approval.
2.5. Electrical Engineering Design: 2 weeks after site layout approval
2.6. Detail Engineering Drawing: 2 weeks after design calculation finish
