Supplying, Installation & testing of G.I. 'C' Class ERW Heavy duty pipes (upto
150mm dia confirming to IS 1239 part I & for 200mm & above 6.35mm Thk.
Confirming to IS 3589) with Screwing threading upto 50mm dia & Butt welding
above 50mm dia wherever necessary for fixing fittings including pipe of shorter
lengths, tapering connecting pieces, short or long bends, G.I. specials like sockets,
union nuts, elbows, reducers, plugs, Tee's etc. complete to make the system

operative as per I.S. standard. Pipes will have to be laid and fixed in vertical duct, on
floor,ceiling of slab.Painting exposed pipe with two coats of Fire Red approved shade
of enamel paint over a coat of Zinc Chromate / H primer as required. Rates shall be
inclusive of cost for supports for horizontal & vertical pipe. Pipe shall be tested to a
prerssure of 15 kg/cm2 as per standard practice. Seismic restraint for the branch
pipes to be considered.

Providing and fixing on walls/ ceiling/ floors, 40 mm dia. heavy grade

having embossed as ISI Mark galvanised iron pipes weight of 4.49
Kg/meter with necessary fittings and remaking good the demolished Mtrs.
portion and applying primer of anti-corrosive oil paint 2 coats
Including necessary scaffolding and removing existing pipe line if
necessary and conveying and stacking the same in PWD chowky or as
