    Dear Michael:

    How are you? I miss you so much, brother! I´m very happy to write to you again. How are

    Sophia and the kids? I miss them so much. This summer we had taken a house on a river.
    We enjoyed the days away from the city listening only to the noises of the water. But, one

    day something strange happened. We saw a little kid on the other side of the river, he was

    just there looking to u, with a dog. I decided to say “Hello!” but he didn’t answer. Then, he

    just disappeared. We didn’t see him go, he just vanished. At night we heard different noises,

    so we suppose he belongs to the big house we see through the trees.

    Another day we saw the kid again, I said “Hello” and this time the kid answer “oh, hello!”. We

    invited him to our house but then he disappeared again. That little kid was very mysterious.

    After some days, we saw it again. So, William talked to him. Finally, he walked with his dog

    to our porch and stood there. We asked him about his family and he just answered “Oh,

    they’re all tight”. Then, he said that he had to go.

    Saturday a young man used to come around on a bicycle with a basket of crullers, my

    husband asked him about the house across the river. So, he said that there were no children

    there any more. We were very surprised by his answer. He said that used to be a kid there.

    He and his big dog, but they were killed.”. We just fell silent and stared at each other, we

    couldn't believe it. It's crazy!

    I think we'll never go back to that place! Well, I hope you're all okay, I love you very much.
