VII. Discussion
8 out of 10 officers were present during the meeting. Mr. Efraim, Monitoring Team leader unable to
attend due to his work/job commitment while Ms. Valerie Luna was terminated. Appointment for the
vacant position has not yet undertaken because they are having the hard deal to choose from the loop
of members.

Ms. Valerie Ann Luna and Mr. Efraim Camacho were inactive for almost 2 months. Their failure to
attend activities such as coastal clean-up, regular meetings and social gatherings and services are the
probable causes for the council to terminate them. For the meantime, Mary Josie will be the secretary
of PSLA as she is well experienced for this position

General information sheet is to be submitted to the office of Securities and Exchange Commission
this coming March 10, 2020. Ms. Mary Josie and Ms. Flora are the one who will submit it.
Ms. Flora presented the proof that PSLA filed their mandatory requirement to BIR. Annual
registration fee for the year 2020 amounting to 500.00 was settled and received by BIR. Filing of
quarterly income tax, 1702 QT were also fulfilled for the whole year of 2019.

Sir Rizzvill Espina will assist PSLA to file the Annual Income Tax which is to be filed on or before
April 15, 2020. As suggested during the meeting, they can now file the said tax return as early as
March 9, 2020.
