Dear Sir,

We, MANGINI LIMITED – the seller - hereby accept the purchase intention of KYRIOS
GLOBAL GROUP – the buyer - for a quantity of at least thirty million (30,000,000) units of
masks model KN95 – “equivalent” to model N95, and model FFP2 – “equivalent” to 3M
model N95 REF. 1860/8210.

We, MANGINI LIMITED, hereby confirm our intention to sell at least thirty million
(30,000,000) units of face masks to KYRIOS GLOBAL GROUP, upon receipt of an irrevocable
and irreversible order with an initial deposit of 40%. The deposit will be used as proof of
veracity and trustworthiness of the buyer – KYRIOS GLOBAL GROUP.

Once the first financial transaction completed, a second purchase intention and sale
intention of face masks with a quantity up to five hundred millions (500,000,000,000) units
of model KN95 – “equivalent” to N95, and model FFP2 – “equivalent” to 3M model N95 REF.
1860/8210, will be issued between the buyer and the seller.

The seller guarantees a capacity of delivery up to one million and five hundred (1,500,000)
face masks per week between the date of the proforma invoice and April 22,2020. After
April 22, 2020, the seller will be able to increase the delivered quantity up to five millions
(5,000,000) per week.

In the event of withdrawal / cancelation of the order, under any reason or circumstance
whatsoever, the deposit will be forfeited by the buyer, and thus will stay with the seller as
reimbursement of the expenses and prejudice caused by the order cancelation.The buyer -
KYRIOS GLOBAL GROUP will not be entitled to any legal claim, nor could negotiate a
shipment at a later date than the one indicated on the purchase document.

We, MANGINI LIMITED, certify we will take all actions in our power to maintain the initial
agreed unit price of the purchased face masks over the time. However, we, MANGINI

LIMITED also reserve the right to renegociate the value of the product in the event of a
sensible price variation from the suppliers, increase of shipping costs, or any other major
costs increase linked directly, or indirectly, to the said merchandise.

The seller guarantees a capacity of delivery up to one million and five hundred (1,500,000)
face masks per week between the date of the invoice and April 22,2020. After April 22,
2020, the seller will be able to increase the delivered quantity up to five millions (5,000,000)
per week.
