DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan this
_____day _______________2020 by and between:

MERLENE L. CUARESMA, legal age, Filipino and residing at Centro 2, Aparri,

Cagayan hereinafter referred to as SELLER;

-and-

MICHAEL JOHN L. CRISOSTOMO, legal age, Filipino, single and residing at Villa,
Sta Teresita, Cagayan hereinafter referred to as BUYER;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of motorcycle, which is more

particularly described as follows:

“A copy of the Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration are hereto attached as
ANNEX A and ANNEX B respectively”

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell the aforesaid motorcycle and the BUYER is
able, willing and ready to purchase the same;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND

PESOS (P20,000.00) Philippines currency, receipt hereof is hereby acknowledged by the said
SELLER, the SELLER hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and convey unto the BUYER, in
manner absolute and irrevocable the above-described motorcycle, free from any and all liens and
encumbrances whatsoever.

The SELLER warrants that the motorcycle is free from any liens and encumbrances and
that said SELLER shall defend the rights of the BUYER from any claims of whatever kind or
nature from third persons.
