Adjusted Syllabus and Course Requirements


for Math 22
Second Semester A.Y. 2019–2020

1. The Third Long Exam, Fourth Long Exam, and Final Exam will be
removed from the course requirements (see revised course policies).

2. As part of the bridging program, lecture and discussion video/s will


be uploaded by 15 May 2020 in the IMath UPD YouTube channel
(www.youtube.com/channel/UCB75jgz0XLxHCg0zZosa16Q) for almost
all topics that were supposed to be discussed from 10 March onwards
(see revised syllabus). Updates on the bridging program will be an-
nounced in the IMath website (math.upd.edu.ph) or in the Facebook
page of IMath (www.facebook.com/IMathUPD/).

3. Students by default will receive a grade of P (Pass). However, if a


student has incurred more than the allowable number of absences before
10 March, then the student will receive a grade of DROP.

4. Students may nonetheless request their discussion teacher to give them


a numerical grade. The basis of the grade will be the First Two Long
Exams (70%) and the Problem Sets/Quizzes/Assignments (30%). In
addition, the grade range for 3.00 and 2.75 have been modified (see
revised course policies).

5. Students who would like to instead re-enroll the course in a future


semester are advised to drop the course. Please check CRS for guidelines
on dropping the course.
