Arrival of participants is foreseen for March 27th 2019. Departure day is on April 3rd 2019.
Your full and active participation is required, so please make your travel plans accordingly.
Accommodation in shared suite hostel-style triple rooms and breakfast will be provided in
Design hostel StarMo located near Old town.
We would like to inform you already in advance that – in order to stimulate the international
cooperation between participants, also during the informal time - we would like to mix people
with different nationalities and with different mother tongue languages, to make it a real
intercultural experience.
The meals will be served at Hostel except the dinner in town that was planned for
31st of March 2019.

People

Once we all meet in Mostar we will get the chance to get to know each other (although the
organizers already know bits about you). The training will gather 12 partner organizations and
29 participants from Bosnia Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, *Kosovo, Slovenia,
Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal.

What to do still prior to your arrival

Registration form for participants; we kindly ask you to fill in the registration form until
31st of January 2019.

In order to get to know you better, but also to know what kind of experiences you
have, and what your training needs are, we need you to fill in an online application
form. In this form we also ask you for dietary or other special needs.

All participants are required to make their way directly to Mostar and to the
venue.

We will be waiting for you at the Hostel.

Please make sure you take invoices or receipts for the bus and taxi otherwise we
will not be able to reimburse you.
NOTE:
PLEASE PLAN YOUR RETURN TRAVEL AND BUY ALL THE RETURN TICKETS RIGHT AWAY
SO YOU CAN GIVE IT TO US TO BE COPIED DURING THE TRAINING.

Travel expenses will be reimbursed up to predicted sum by the project.

Reimbursement will be done upon the training to your sending organization
directly, so your organization will reimburse the costs according to the accrued
costs by participant.
Arrangements are your own responsibility.
However, should you need any assistance you can request it from your sending
organization or the project coordinator.

You are entitled to reimbursement of travel expenses incurred during the travel
between your place of residence, and the place of the event and back
(regulated by the financial conditions of the participation at the event).
Any de-routing will not be accepted.
In specific case where you are not travelling from the place of residence or is
de-routing your journey to the place of the event will only be accepted following
the prior notification of hosting organization LDA Mostar (with clear justification
of such action) and the approval given by LDA Mostar.

In case you need as participant a VISA to come to Mostar, please contact us as

soon as possible for further guidelines.

Climate
Since the weather has tendency of changing on daily basis, we recommend you to
monitor it and equip yourselves accordingly.
