The above Test reports are fo und generally in order as per MSEDCL's Technical
Specification & relevant standards and hence technically acceptable .
In view of above, the proposal of Mis. Pushpak Steel Industri es Pvt. Ltd ., Tai. Khandala ,
Dist. Satara for supply of RSJ Poles of size 11 Gmm x 1OOmm, 125mm x 70mm , 175mm x 85mm &
152mm x 152mm under ongoing Schemes of MSEDCL is considered and GTP, Drawings & Test
reports are approved subject to following terms & conditions :
1. This approval of GTP, Drawings & Test reports of RSJ Poles of size 116mm x 100mm ,
125mm x 70mm, 175mm x 85m m & 152mm x 152mm wi ll be applicable for ongoing
Schemes of MSEDCL.
2. This approval shall not be considered for any technical/commerci al evaluation of any tender
in MSEDCL.
3. The firm should maintain same design & construction of RSJ Poles of size 116mm x
100mm, 125mm x 70mm, 175mm x 85mm & 152mm x 152mm strictly in accordance with
the approved GTP , Drawings , Test reports, MSEDCL's Technical Specifications & relevant
standards .
4 . The inspection procedure as per MSEDCL Technical Specification & relevant Standards
shall be adopted scrupulously.
5. This approval is valid up to 5 years from date of Test reports or 5 years from the date of
issue of this letter whichever is earl er & it sha ll be ensured by MSEDCL's inspecting
authority .

 6. Guaranteed Technical para meters of RSJ Poles of size 116mm x 1OOm m, 125mm x 70mm ,
175mm x 85mm & 152mm x 152mm should be strictly in accordance with the MSEDCL's
Technical Specification & rel evant standa rds.
7. This approval of GTP, Drawings & Test reports sha ll not relieve the supplier from his
responsibilities and liabilities to ensure co rrectness of the Drawings & correct interpretation
for meeting the requirements as specified in the MSEDCL's Techn ical Specification &
relevant standards.

This approval is issued with out prejudice to all other term s and cond itions of the Tender
for ongoing projects/schemes.
One Set of approved GTP, Drawing with duly sign & stamped copy are enclosed
herewith .
