TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A color printed e-Ticket (with barcode and photo) must be
presented every time. Those unable to show their registration Bar
code in print will be denied entry. Photos not matching the online e-
Ticket holder can be refused entry. (Must carry the same photo ID used
for registration)
2. Joy Bangla Concert tickets are distributed for free from youngbang-
la.org. Entry will be refused if tickets have been found to be tampered,
counterfeited, and/or obtained from a point of sale.
3. Tickets will be marked every time the ticket holder exits the main gate.
Ticket scanning, ID check and security check will be conducted again upon
re-entering venue.
4. Smoking, alcohol or using any form for illegal/controlled
substance will NOT be allowed at the event.
5. No large bags will be allowed at the venue. Bags or purses must
be smaller than 6”x12”.
6. No food or drink/water can be brought in from outside. Food and
beverages will be available at the food court. Water will be
available free of charge.
7. Power bank, headphone, camera, video and sound
recording equipment is prohibited. Mobile must be kept on
silent mode during performances.
8. The venue will be covered by CCTV and video cameras.
Attending the event signifies automatic consent of the pass
holders to the photographing, filming and sound recording of
themselves as attendees of the festival, with no obligation to the
organisers of the event.
9. The organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the
event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any
other causes beyond his reasonable control.
10. The organisers reserve the right to conduct security
searches from time to time and confiscate any item which may
cause danger or disruption at the festival.
11. The pass holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger
incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or
subsequent to the actual event, including any personal injury,
loss, damage, theft, liability or even death.
