Check for nitrogen gas shall be blown at 3-5 PSI through piping while brazing to avoid oxidation inside the pipe. 7 Brazing Check for Mitsubishi approved filler rod used for brazing. Check the brazed joint for any defect as pin hole, uneven fusion or crack. Check for proper cutting tools being used to cut copper tubes. 8 Tools Check for correct tools being used for bending. (manual bender/ electric bender) Check for insulation thickness as specified. 19mm thick insulation for pipe having dia 28.58mm & 22.2mm 9 Laying of Insulation and 13mm thick insulation for pipe dia. 6.35mm, 9.52mm,12.7mm,15.88 and 19.05mm. Check using taping & adhesive to cover insulation joints. Check for approved make control cable being used. 10 Interconnecting Control cable Check for all cable to be run in conduits along with copper pipes with proper clamping. Maintain nitrogen pressure at 580PSI and hold for 24 hrs to check for any leakage. 11 Nitrogen pressure testing Check for not release the full pressure after testing, leave 350-400PSI inside the pipes 12 House Keeping Check for removal of debris and waste material from flat after completion of first fix.
