TERMS & CONDITION

Tan Zhi En, shall referred to as “The Designer”, the Bubble-O referred to
as “Client”.

1.0 This quotation is only valid for 45 days from the date stated
above.

2.0 Upon starting of the project, a 40% of Advanced Payment of total

cost is required, 60% of payment to be divided into 3 months
until job completion unless otherwise specified.

3.0 If Client decided to terminate the project during the progress,

a 30% of total Professional and Production Fees will be charged.

4.0 The above quotation is only for 1 design or concept. Yet, if an

other design is also selected during presentation, The Designer
will treat it as another project and design fees will be charge
or quote separately.

5.0 Any major changes to look and feel/ concept/ design/ layout will
be considered as change of brief or design direction. A new
quotation will be send for providing another design, concept and
layout based on Client’s new guideline.

6.0 The total working time to completion of the project should not
exceed a total period of seven months from the date this
quotation is agreed, with issuance of Purchase Order and
Advanced Payment (25% of total cost) and will be subject to
increase unless otherwise specified. Should Client during the
design process defer the completiom of the project beyond the
six-month period, Client will be required to issue payment up
to the stage the project is suspended or terminated.

7.0 The Designer reserves the right to have the copyrights and
ownership of the rejected presentation. All rejected design
should be returned to The Designer with no expectation.

8.0 The Designer assumes no responsibility for any copyright,

illustration and trademark registeration search and will not be
liable for any dispute arising from breach of such rights.

9.0 Samples. Client shall provide Designer with (6)

of samples of each printed or published form of the Final
Deliverables, for the right using in Designer’s portfolio and
other selfpromotional uses. Such samples shall be representative
of the highest quality of the work produced.

10.0 Photography that needed to purchase online doesn’t included in

the quotation. The Client need to pay separately.
