Nshima
Nshima is Zambia's main carbon dioxide. It is produced from maize, which is converted into
a fine white substance called a feed. It is prepared by combining the meal of corn with
boiling water like porridge (like grains). More maize meal is added until a thicker texture is
created. Cassava, sorghum, and millet may be supplemented with cornmeal.

Kalembula
Kalembula is a popular dish consisting of sweet potatoes, tomatoes, onions and pounded
groundnuts from Zambian ndiwo. The mixed ingredients are cooked in water before a
smooth consistency is obtained in the pot. Kalembula is combined with a typical Zambian
maize powdery nshima, like other Ndiwo dishes.

Michopo
Michopo is better eaten with a special beer bottle named the Mosi (roasted goat or beef
meat). Outdoor grilled beef is eaten with a combination of caked chips, onions, oignons or
chili, and roast flavored pork. The government once banned Michopo from roasting in
general. It's a genuine favorite audience that is so smoke-causing.

Ndiwo
Ndiwo is a popular side dish traditionally made with Nshima or rice. Ndiwo (vegetable
delicious). It's really easy to cook and you can use a wide range of green vegetables in
Ndiwo or Ndiyo cooking elsewhere. A tiny chopped onion, two cloves of chopped garlic and
two tomatoes have to be poured in a bowl over an open fire with a little bit of olive oil. Then,
after 2 minutes, toss the pan with a little water in the green leafy vegetables.

Vitumbuwa
Late afternoon tea and often a breakfast taste (South African donut) is a common snack.
These are wonderful small dough balls of water, yeast, sugar, and flour which have been
baked in golden color. The fritters are typically sold in newspaper markets.
