They honor the virtue of humility this time of year. The perks of being eternally thankful

both emotionally and professionally are countless and well publicized. While we're supposed to

loosen our generosity during the year, it is also very necessary to take additional time during the

vacations to stop for a moment, reflect, refill, and re-commit to attempting to bring appreciation

to life in every part of our lives. As far as I am concerned, part of that process is focusing on how

we can add greater respect to our leadership. And not only because it's a good thing to do, but it's

also a critical biz prerequisite. Giving thanks is all about making everyone feel appreciated.

Similarly that studies show that the best ranked teams and groups are run by people who feel

respected. And, by praising our leadership, we can both feel truly satisfied as leaders and

encourage better outcomes in the coming years.

Having said that we take our time to reflect upon the lives of some great individuals like

the Director for Athletics since 2013, David Sayler. Since his addition to the community, He has

been promoting the "Graduating Winners" plan, a strategy that gives advice and assistance to

Miami athletes in search of success not just in the classroom (graduate) and in the game but also

in the classroom Toward this result, Miami was declared champion of the Cartwright Awards

for two consecutive years, the awards are decided by all MAC members and honored by the best

athletics department at the scholarly, community work and competitive outcomes conference.

During his interview he said "We can do it and have it all at Miami, we can graduate our kids,

we can win championships, we can have them be the pillars of the community"[CITATION

community. Miami's remarkable performance persisted this fall as when the Red Hawks claimed

five MAC Titles. Until attending Miami, Sayler worked for two terms as Chief of Athletics at

South Dakota. During his position, he stressed upon improving the athlete's cumulative

performance and fostering a restored feeling of pride in Coyote athletics. The accomplishments

proceeded to grow for Sayler in 2018-19, as the Red Hawks had accomplished something never

seen before in the past of Miami Athletics. He was named to the Miami Valley High

School athletic hall of fame in 2016.

Similarly one of the best American sports Executive Jim Steeg currently 69, raised in Boston in

1950. He is credited for expanding the greatest sporting event we all love, the Super Bowl.

Throughout his 26 seasons during control of the National Football League's Special Events

Division, the Super Bowl evolved from a football championship game to a four-day indulgence

that stressed the involvement and inclusion of the local gaming community, particularly at the

business, informational and humanitarian stage [ CITATION Pac20 \l 1033 ]. Furthermore Steeg

enrolled in our very own Miami University to pursue the degree for Political Science. During his

leadership, he introduced many of the iconic Super Bowl game-related features that ultimately

became the classics of professional and Olympic sports. Steeg was the Marketing Supervisor for

the Miami Dolphins until leaving the NFL League Depts in 1979. Throughout his four seasons

with the Dolphins, from 1975 to 1978, Steeg was in control of almost all of the marketing

elements of the team. He also initiated Small Business under the possession of women Project in

the 1990s. The policy forced the League and its numerous contractors and corporate clients to

employ local minority and companies under women wherever possible. Moreover He became

Senior Liaison Officer of the NFL for the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, worked

around its Board of Directors and participated all of the Enshrinement Special events. Today, as

COO of the Chargers, Steeg is trying to achieve much of the same objectives he had in San

Diego, especially on game days.

Likewise James Walker who is an enthusiast. On April 2008, James Walker left ESPN to

broadcast the NFL. He is presently writing regarding the current Miami Dolphins for the ESPN

NFL News Network. Before, Walker has branches in the AFC East and AFC North divisions.

His coverage is shown on multiple channels, including ESPN.com and NFL Live. Walker was

covering the Dolphins even though he has a wide history covering a wide range of activities, for

few years until two years ago, Walker revealed to his readers on twitter that he will no longer be

a journalist. On behalf of myself, my fellow journalist I would really like to appreciate Mr.

Walker for always being openly available to all of us in the writing community. Where several

reporters usually avoid us, James Walker had always been comfortable speaking to us about the

Dolphins and certain other topics. I wish him very best of success in his life. God, thank you,

James.
