Dear Parents/Carers,
PGL Dalguise March 2020
Following my last letter issued on 19 March 2020 I write to update you on the current
position regarding the cancellation of our P7 Residential Trip to PGL Dalguise on
Sunday 29 March to 01 April 2020.
We are currently following guidance issued from our Finance Team and Education
and Children’s Services Team. We are communicating directly with the travel
company, PGL regarding a refund claim. If a refund of deposits and/or instalments is
not received from the travel company refunds will then be subject to a further
insurance claim which will be submitted by the school to our insurers. The refund
claims may also be further delayed due to the ongoing current global pandemic.
We apologise for this lengthy process, however If you have any questions or
