Objective of the Course:


To teach students the basic processes and tasks required to construct a business plan en
route to the creation of a new venture – idea to launch.
To introduce future managers to various ways to generate innovative ideas in business and
they way to manage intellectual property.
To assist future managers the way to deal with issues faced by small business owners.
To make students understand the planning necessary to create a dynamic and effective
business plan.
Student Learning Outcomes:
At the closing stage of the course, the student will be able to understand the principles
small business, and various models of innovation management and peculiarities of their
implementation;

Instructional Methods and Pedagogy:


Faculty members shall explain in a class room using black board and multimedia projector
through PowerPoint presentation. Case studies, practical projects and videos covering
various concepts would also be taught during the course.
