we have gone from dial up to 4G. Having access to a computer has helped many businesses

immensely. With that, there are websites like Linkedin and Indeed that have made it easier for

people to look for jobs and for employers to find the right candidates. No longer do companies

really need to put a hiring ad in the newspaper or do applicants need to mail in their

applications.”
