* Isaac Newton - He conceptualized momentum as "the quantity in motion" and it


becomes apparent that the force required to stop moving mass depends on its
momentum, not on the mass or the velocity alone.

*Albert Einstein - He developed the Theory of relativity that showed that mass
could be converted to energy and vice versa through the equation E=mc^2, and
science now takes the view� that mass-energy is conserved.
