THE CHANGE IN PRONUNCIATION FROM VOWEL ‘O’ TO ‘A’ SOUND
1. Introduction
word modern /ˈmɒd(ə)n/ as madern/ˈma:d(ə)r n/ due to the change of vowels from ‘o’ to ‘a’

2. Research Methodology
Quantitative research is phenomenon through which numerical data is analyzed and the results
are gathered from the sample which is representative of the population.
The quantitative researcher asks a specific, narrow question through questionnaire and finds out
a conclusive result from participants. It is a data in numerical form such as statistics, percentages.
Mean, median etc.
