Scope Summary:
“ With the O365 Project, SNC – Lavalin is progressively delivering some of the services
included in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (O365).
With the current delivery of Office Pro Plus, Outlook Exchange and Skype for Business
you will get the always-latest versions of the Microsoft Office software you have been
using for years. In addition you will benefit from improved features included in Microsoft’s
next-generation services such as OneDrive.
This first initiative is a stepping stone towards expanding our use of the Microsoft Office 365
Suite. Future initiatives will leverage on other O365 services to improve your IT experience.”

Office 365 offers an integrated experience. With Office Pro Plus, OneDrive, Outlook Exchange
and Skype for Business your favorite applications are hosted on your desktop (PC or Laptop) or
on the WEB; and some applications, such as Excel or PowerPoint, offers a version on your
desktop and a “lightweight” version in the cloud to facilitate access from anywhere, as per the
following table:
