SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ANTONINA P. BAUTISTA, of legal age, Filipino, and with address at

District III, Gamu, Isabela, as Head Teacher III of BARCOLAN ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL by these presents, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint, AMALIA
P. PEREZ, also of legal age, Filipino, and with address at Purok 4, Upi Gamu,
Isabela, to be my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and
stead, perform the following acts:

1. To sign, execute, submit, and receive all the documents pertinent to

the donation and transfer of property covered by Katibayan ng
Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-83999 Kaloob na Patente Blg.
0231139926171, and the release of the new certificate of title in the
name of BARCOLAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL;

2. To process the transferring of title/registration of the said property in

the school’s name and to register the donation of said property;

3. To pay any kind of tax due to the effect of the transfer of title of the
said property;

4. To represent the school and transact business with the Register of

Deeds, Land Registration Authority, Bureau of Internal Revenue
(BIR), Assessor’s Office, and other government offices or agencies in
all matters relating to the foregoing power;

5. To do such any other act or thing that may be deemed necessary to

carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this
authority is hereby given;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full powers

and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to
carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution
and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my attorney-in-
fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof;
