100 ml oil 300 g flour 300 g sour cherries 200 g Greek yoghurt (10% fat) 200 g sugar 10 g baking powder 4 eggs Vanilla extract Lemon peel (grated) A pinch of salt
How to make it:
Put the flour in a big bowl. Add sugar, baking powder, salt and mix well with a whisk. Next, add the eggs, the Greek yoghurt, the oil, the vanilla extract, the grated lemon peel and stir them well until you get a smooth mixture. Put a sheet of baking paper in a tray and pour the mixture. Make sure the mixture is spread evenly. Put the sour cherries in a bowl and mix them with some flour. Now put the sour cherries –coated in the flour- on the mixture. Bake the tart in the oven for about 50 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
