CSR is very important for the corporations because CSR did not help to fascinate customers but

it also help to inspire the employees and improves the organizational performance and help the

organization for long-term existence[ CITATION Dru96 \l 1033 ]. Good CSR actions and activities

helps to enhance the trustworthiness and loyalty of employees as well as the customers towards

the organizations it is also linked with the improved financial performance of the organizations.

Researchers have found that the companies who care about their environment and practices good

Zam96 \l 1033 ]. For this purpose banks needs support from their customers in order to get this

support banks must focus on their quality and services and enhance their organizational

performance, through creating good working environment and making sure that their employees

are satisfied with their job.

Banking sector plays very significant part in enhancing economy of the country, since they are

the leading player of the economy and they also fulfill their social responsibilities which includes

(Ethical, social, legal and philanthropy). Many researchers advised to use corporate social

responsibility in order to build good relation with employees and other corporations in order to

achieve enhanced organizational and employee performance, because poor quality of work from

the employees effects the performance of the whole organization [ CITATION ILO12 \l 1033 ].
