This is to certify that the bearer of this letter, Mr. Piyush Mishra (having Employee ID : 62601 is a
permanent employee (“Employee”) of Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited (“Bharat Financial”). Bharat
Financial is a wholly owned (100%) subsidiary of IndusInd Bank Limited (“IndusInd Bank”), a scheduled
commercial bank registered under the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 with the Reserve Bank of India
(“RBI”). In terms of guidelines issued by the RBI, Bharat Financial act as Business Correspondent of
IndusInd Bank to provide the financial services to customers who don’t have access to the basic financial
services from the mainstream financial Institutions.

The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide its Order dated April 15, 2020 (“Order”) issued
revised guidelines for containment of containment of COVID – 19 epidemic in the country (“Guidelines”)
in order to mitigate hardship to the public permitted select additional activities effective from April 20,
2020 which include financial sector activities – banking and banking correspondent (as listed in
paragraph 7 of the Guidelines which is reproduced below):

7. Financial Sector: following to remain functional:

ii. Bank branches and ATMs, IT vendors for banking operations, Banking
Correspondents (BCs), ATM operation and cash management agencies.

a. Bank branches be allowed to work as per normal working hours till disbursal of
DBT cash transfers is complete.

b. Local administration to provide adequate security personnel at bank branches

and BCs to maintain social distancing. law and order and staggering of account
holders.

The Employee is required to travel to PRAYAGRAJ - RO discharge his/her duties in relation to Bharat
Financial’ s operations as Business Correspondent of IndusInd Bank.

As part of the duties, the Employee shall be meeting IndusInd Bank’s customers as per the predefined
schedule and deposit cash in banks which are essential services for our customers. Request concern to
kindly allow the Employee to perform his duties.

We would like to further confirm that we are following all necessary measures to ensure social
distancing as per notifications received from Govt authorities and will continue to act in accordance of
the same.
