About Me
Hi! My name is Ms. Kristen Lackey. I am
a current senior at the University of
North Carolina at Charlotte studying
Elementary Education with a minor in
Child and Family Development. As part
of my studies to become a teacher I will
be spending the next year teaching
Kindergarten alongside Ms. Clarke. I am
very excited to learn from Ms. Clarke
and to work with your child over the
next few months!

edTPA Video Permission 
Attached to this welcome letter is a video permission form. As part of the Elementary
Education program at UNCC I will be occasionally filming myself working with your child. I
will also be collecting some of their work that they have completed in the classroom. These
videos and work samples will be used to help me complete my school assignments and will
only be looked at and used by myself, my professors, and Ms. Clarke. If you are okay with
your child being included in the videos and work sample collection please sign the
permission slip and have your child turn it in to Ms. Clarke by January 29th. Thank you!
