1. That the above captioned case is fixed for hearing on 28-12-2018.

2. That the undersigned counsel has been engaged by M/s ABC

Company Limited to defend the titled case.

3. That it is pertinent to mention here that it is first date of hearing

today and no previous adjournments have been sought in the titled
case by the undersigned Counsel or the Respondents personally.

4. That complicated questions of law and facts are involved in the titled
case and the undersigned counsel requests for some time to prepare
the titled case on the strength of documents yet to be provided by
the Respondents.

5. Accordingly, it is in the interests of justice to adjourn the case for

just and proper adjudication.
