Booster Board-All:

• Treasure report:
• Current Balance is $939.50
• Mary Apodaca paid for Candy $89.46
• Vicky needs a 501C3 Donation letter

Executive Board Updates:

• Alissa discussed snack bags for the Hutchinson performance. Vicky is looking for donation.
Kristi Taylor will provide the snacks.
• Applebee’s ticket sale count 138 tickets sold, we paid for 100 tickets
• Wendy set up to sale see’s Candy. Flyer went home to each student.
• Candy Grams sale went well, we need to work on other method of passing out after the
concert. It has been established that we will create bins and pass out during concert after
each band if we can.
• Future ticket sales income, online platform-Mr. Summers will set up a new department for
the tickets so that the check gets cut to Music Booster and not to the ASB.
• Mr. Summers is going to be asking about the ticket sales, we may get $2500 from the sales.
