SUB: LEGAL NOTICE FOR HANDING OVER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE “GYM” BACK TO MR ULLAS.

We Bin Eid Advocates and Legal Consultants, Dubai, hereby send a Legal Notice on behalf of MR
ULLAS PATTATHIL PALLIYALIL, hereafter referred to as “client”, to MR SAIF MOHAMMED SALEH
SANDAL AL ALI.

1. The client has entered into a contract with MR SAIF MOHAMMED SALEH SANDAL AL ALI,
for joint ownership of the company named IMPULSE GYM, commercial license No: (CN-
1449685) issued by department of economic department, Abu Dhabi devolved upon the
client and MR SAIF MOHAMMED SALEH SANDAL AL ALI, (and the third party) by virtue of
the assignment agreement as attested under NO. (190305270) dated 14.05.2019.

2. As per Third Section, Article 8 (management of the company), of the agreement between
the “client” and the partners, the partners agreed that the management of the company
shall be entrusted to our client ,Indian National, ID NO:78419858514039,residing in Abu
Dhabi,UAE.

3. During the interval of time, when the client was in India, the partner MR
SAIF_______________ took over the management of the IMPULSE GYM through
misappropriation, which is an illegal act.
4. According to Article 8 of the agreement between the client and MR SAIF, the management
of the company has to be handed over back to the client.
