Fresh and Renewal License Application
and
Label Registration
Process flow for doing Fresh Registration and Renewal for various license

1. User need to visit excise.mponline.gov.in and will click on Sign up as shown in attach image

Click on Sign up for generating

your login user id and
password.

2. As you click on Sign up , you will be required to fill up details as asked in the below image
 After filling up your details click on
Sign up option.

3. After entering your details a verification code will be sent on your Email id and Mobile number
both .
 After entering OTP shared on your
Mobile and Email click on Validate OTP
and after that your login id will be
created.

4. After Successfully creating your user login , You will be required to click on login option after
which you will be able to Apply for Fresh Registration and Renewal.

Click on login option for using the

services

5. Please enter your user id and password on the login page

 After entering your user id and
password click on user login.

5.B If some how your forget your password , so can change your password by clicking on forget
password option.

As you click on Forget password option , You

will receive a OTP on your register mobile
number.
6. After entering the OTP received you will get the option of changing your login password

After entering your new password

please click on Submit button.

7. After Changing your password , Please visit on the login page and login with your user id and
password , You will be re-directed on the dashboard of the services

Over here you can select category of

license under which you need to apply
8. After selecting category of license under which you want to apply, please click on license type
and on option like Fresh or Renewal.
a. If want to apply for Fresh registration-

If you have any Pervious License

information than click Yes
Through This option you will able
to add your existing license details.
 2nd Part (After filling up the First part you will be re-directed on second part)

Under Download format option

you will find format of Affidavit.

9. After filling up the Part 2 You will be proceed for making the payment. Before payment you will also
be given option for Re-Checking your application before final payment.
After verifying the application, please
click on Proceed to payment.
Process of Doing Renewal of Existing License.

1. Click on License renewal option as shown below after login.

Click on Renewal option for doing

Renewal of your exiting license
2. You will be required to enter your license number in the option given below

After entering your license number we

will click on Search button.

3. After entering your license number and as you click on search button you will get the Part 1
of your application open if your license number exits in our system.
After filling the part 1 click on
submit button and you will be re-
directed on Part 2
 After filling the Part B please
click on submit button

4. After Payment you will be able to see your paid application.

After Successful payment you application will be move to G2G login for Verification.

For Doing Label Registration

Under Label Registration , There are 2 category 1. Non

MP License for CSD Military/ Para Military and 2. MP
license .
 1. Apply under Non MP License For CSD Military / Para Military

Under This category License who want to

supply liquor in MP working Outside the state
will fill up this application,
After filling up the application
form successfully click on submit
button .
Under Label Registration of MP License Only
those License who have applied for renewal or
their license for the Year next financial year has
been done can apply under this category.

After Entering your license number you

will be asked for entering your license
validity .
 You can apply for various kind
of Purposes under MP
License.

After uploading the documents you

will be required to submit Payment
details for payment paid through
Cyber Treasury of department
