I. HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS

Three days prior to admission the patient experienced hign fever 39-40

degree celcius with abdominal pain (-) cough, (-) cold. The patient self medicated

with paracetamol 500mg BID which offered no relief. 10hrs prior to admission

patient still with fever, with CBC which revealed observed platelet count. Patient

prescribed with paracetamol 500mg TID and subsequently refer to our institution.

Non Smoker

Non alcoholic beverages drinking
