top concerns?

I think her top concerns are:

 The process of Merge two companies must be effective and efficient.

 The companies become one strong company and gain more profit and
market share.

 Motivate the employees of her companies, and change the organizational

culture to avoid conflicts and misunderstanding tasks between the two
farms.

2. If you were CEO of this company, what would be the first 5 decisions you make?

o Try to offer a new image and new positioning, targeting strategies of the
merger companies. To gain new customers and satisfy the old ones.

o Establish new vision, and sit new objectives to achieve by using new
technologies, machines, raw materials

o Recruitment new potential, and experienced staff, to gain new

organizational culture, and have a good work condition.

o Establish new measures to maintain market share to gain a new

competitive advantage.

o Establish new long-term vision, to and run new international raciness to be

an international competitor.

3. Comment on the strategy implemented by the company.

I think that the CEO of this company would undertake objective without a clear
concept of his strategy. A strategy will yield growth, profit, or whatever other
objectives the managers have established.

Managers must take new strategies to reduce the merger problems. They must
make the right decisions to continue to develop and expand the image of the new
company among competitors to win a large market share

 Urging the formation of new methods for work and development them. Reducing
the percentage of conflicts among the individual workers to push the company
forward.
