Mr. Rltcher was successful in nis stent reacring experience a Wilson Elementary ‘School in the spring semester 2020. He spent eight weeks observing, supporting, and teaching in preschool through fith grade music classes, participating in fourth and fith grade chorus clu, and the fst grade musie performance. Mr Ritcher's positive personabty and rapport with the students were excellent. His calm energy created a welcoming classroom environment and he never lft a child unnoticed. His willingness 10 take suggestions, modify lessons, and experiment with new strategies demonstrated his motivation and reflection about teaching and leaning.
