REQUEST DETAIL/S:

For the EO holding tank, EO Recycle Pump (P1-2286) has been added to the line for purpose of
recycling the EO product during non-operation of the EO holding tanks (T1-2009 & T1-2010). Last
conversation with IPI concluded that recycle time to be 10 min per batch. However, during pump
sizing, it was found out that recycling 5200 L of product for 10 minutes requires pump that can handle
a differential pressure of 8.5 bars.

In line with this, we would like to ask your approval to lengthen the recycle time in order to minimize
the pump requirement. Kindly refer to below table for the pump specifications at 10, 20 and 30 min.
Kindly put a check mark in the “Remarks” column for your corresponding approved recycle time.
