It is to be noted that a candidate will have to select the Grade-I and/or Grade-II
post/s he/she wishes to apply for in one single application form only because
for every application, one unique Registration Number will be generated and
roll numbers for various posts will be automatically linked to the auto-
generated unique Registration Number and the examination venue will be
generated on the basis of the Registration Number. Therefore, under no
circumstances, the candidate should submit more than one application form
because in such case multiple Registration Numbers will be generated against
each applicant and consequently different examination venues for different
Registration Numbers will be allotted. In such case, the candidate may not be
able to appear for the examinations of both Grade-I and Grade-II posts at a
single venue. Under no circumstances, any request for change of examination
venues will be entertained by the University.
